1700 – 1900 – Registration moved to Welcome/Reception Area

1700 – 1900 – Welcome/Cocktail Reception (Grand Ballroom) 

1900 – Evening Open

Friday, May 1

0630 – 0815  Breakfast (Willow Room) 

0830 – Board Buses, travel to Travis AFB (Hotel Back Entrance) 

0900 – 0945 – Team Travis – State of the Base

0945 – 1000 – Comfort Break  

1000 – 1020 – Group Photo – Front of KC-46 

1020 – 1130 – Group Split between KC-46, C-17, C-5 Statics with Crew Members 

1130 – 1140 – Comfort Break 

1140 – 1230 – Contingency Response Wing “Line of Fire”

1230 – Depart for Hotel

1300 – 1415 – President’s Luncheon – Willow Room 

1415 – Afternoon & Evening Open
