AFPAA's 30th Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hanover, Maryland from April 29 to May 1, 2027.

The hotel's rather lengthy official name – Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Arundel Mills BWI Airport – highlights why its location is perfect for our 2027 reunion. Just eight minutes away from the Baltimore-Washington Airport, the hotel is conveniently located roughly halfway between the airport and our military host, the Defense Information School at Fort Meade.

It's also just across the highway from the Arundel Mills outlet shops and the Live! Casino, and only thirty minutes from the sights of Baltimore's Inner Harbor. In addition to the great location, It has all the amenities you've come to expect at an AFPAA annual meeting, including an indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center.

How To Reserve Your Room

For AFPAA members attending the Annual Meeting, the hotel has set aside a block of rooms at the rate of $110 per night for a single or double room (plus taxes and fees). The rate is only valid while rooms are available, so don't delay reserving your room.

To attend the entire meeting, your hotel reservations should be for the nights of April 29, April 30, and May 1. The first function on the schedule will be the Icebreaker on Thursday, April 29, and the last function will be the Banquet on the evening of Saturday, May 1. There are no official activities scheduled for Sunday, May 2.

For those who prefer to arrive early or stay after the meeting’s conclusion, the hotel is offering the same $110 (plus taxes and fees) group rate for three nights before and three nights after the meeting. An AFPAA guest could check-in as early as Monday, April 26, or check-out as late as Wednesday, May 5, and still take advantage of our special group rate.
