Spring will be here soon! And that means it's time to get ready for AFPAA's 2027 Annual Meeting and Reunion.

This year's get together – AFPAA's 30th Annual Meeting – will be held in Hanover, Maryland, from April 29th to May 1st, 2027.

The hotel where we'll be staying – the Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Arundel Mills BWI Airport – couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short hop to Fort Meade and DINFOS, and equally close, as you can tell by its name, to the Baltimore-Washington Airport.

You'll be able to use the links in the blue meeting menu in the upper left corner of this page to do most everything you need to get ready for the meeting. Updates on meeting plans will be posted here as they become available, so please check back frequently.

We encourage you to make your hotel reservations now. The Hilton Garden Inn is offering a special group rate of $110 a night (plus taxes and fees) for the duration of the meeting, the same as last year's rate. If you're interested in extending your stay, the AFPAA group rate can be used for three days before and three days after the meeting. But those rates will only be good while rooms remain available, so don't delay making your reservation! Registration for the meeting will open on October XXX. You can register for the meeting online by clicking the "How To Register" link in the blue menu.
